HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY XMax RIGGO TO FULLY HEAT UP?

XMax RIGGO could last a maximum of 15s per session.

HOW TO OPERATE MY XMax RIGGO?

Turning on/off: Click the power button 5 times consecutively.

Temperature adjusting: After powering on, click the power button 3 times consecutively to select your temperature setting.

Preheat/Heating up: After powering on and selecting your temperature setting, click the power button 2 times to heat the device or hold the power button.

Extending another session: When one session is done, click the power button 2 more times to keep the session going; or hold the power button.

Stealth mode: Click the power button 4 times consecutively.

WHAT IS SESSION MODE? AND HOW TO USE IT?

Session Mode allows you to increase heat and extend another 15-second session. Just click the power button two more times when one session is done. Even multiple clicks as many times as you want to keep the session going or looking to share with friends. But please remember, don’t extend more than 5 sessions at a time, because the device may become very hot.

HOW TO CHARGE MY XMax RIGGO?

Please use the provided USB-C charging cable or standard Type-C charger to charge the device, and please ensure the input is no more than 5V/1A. The current or voltage beyond this range will damage the device.

WHAT KIND OF BATTERY DOES XMax RIGGO USE? AND HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY LAST?

XMax RIGGO uses a built‐in 1000mAh (Lithium-Polymer) battery. The battery can be used for around 80-100 sessions after each full charge.

WHAT IS THE BEST TEMPERATURE FOR CONCENTRATE MATERIAL?

Vaporizing concentrate material really depends on the substance and users’ habits.

HOW CAN I PRODUCE DENSE VAPOR FROM MY XMax RIGGO?

There are a few ways to ensure dense vapor production:

Temperature setting: The higher the temperature setting, the denser the vapor will be.

Heating time: More heating time can help to produce denser vapor. You can refer to the usage of 15s+15s+15s. After 15s preheating, please don’t inhale at the first 15s sessions. Click the button one more time to extend another 15s sessions, then start inhaling and you will get a denser vapor.

Inhaling: Slow and long inhaling/puffing will help you to get much denser vapor.

Concentrate quality: If the concentrate is too dry, not much vapor can be produced.

Concentrate amount: Please don’t load too much concentrate. Too much loading will only make the concentrate boil or melt, even splash but no denser vapor.

WHY DOES THE OVEN BOWL BECOME SO HOT AFTER VAPING WITH MY XMax RIGGO? IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE DEVICE?

It’s normal that the whole oven bowl get hot, as the bowl is basically a mini oven. The heat emitted by the working atomizer will be transferred to the whole oven bowl, and then the oven bowl will become so hot. Please don’t touch the oven bowl after sessions or using the device.

If you have to pause while in use, or when setting the device down, we recommend powering the device off completely so it ceases to produce vapor.

WHAT TYPE OF OVEN DOES XMax RIGGO USE?

XMax RIGGO uses a conduction quartz heating oven/atomizer/coil to heat up and vaporize the wax/concentrate.
