HOW TO CHARGE MY XMAX OONT PROPERLY?
Please use the provided USB-C charging cable or other standard Type-C charger to charge the device, and please ensure the input is no more than 5V/1A.
CAN MY XMAX OONT BE USED WHILE CHARGING?
No, we don't suggest consumers use XMAX OONT or any electronic products while charging.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHARGE MY XMAX OONT 100% FULLY?
When charging the device for the first time, we recommend charging for more than 6 hours. Later, if you use a 5V/1A charger, 2 hours is enough to charge the device fully; if a 5V/500ma charger, 3-4 hours will be needed; if a charger exceeding 5V/2A, the device will stop being charged. Because XMAX OONT owns automatic charging protection from chargers exceeding 5V/2A.
HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY LAST?
The battery can be used for at least 12 sessions under the 3mins session and the highest temperature of 220℃/428℉after each full charging. Besides, the lifetime of a 18500 1500mah battery is 350 times cycle use and charging. The battery will decline after 350 times of charging use.
HOW MANY MATERIALS SHOULD I PUT INTO THE OVEN/CHAMBER OF MY XMAX OONT WHEN VAPING?
The capacity of the oven bowl/heating chamber is about 1.5ml, and the size is D10.2mm*H18.5mm. Our suggestion is easy, please don’t load too much or overload the materials when using the device.
HOW TO OPERATE MY XMAX OONT?
A-, Turn on/off: Click the power button 3 times consecutively. Once turned on, the device will begin to heat up under the default temperature setting and Session mode.
B-, Temperature adjustment: Press and hold the power button to switch the temperature setting.
C-, Working time switch: To switch over the timer, just click the power button 2 times, and the device will vibrate once.
HOW MANY SECONDS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY XMAX OONT TO HEAT UP BEFORE AN EFFECTIVE VAPING?
Usually after 20 seconds of heating up, the temperature is good enough for consumers to start vaping. But everyone has different requirements for temperature. No matter what temperature, the heating time will not exceed 25 seconds.
WILL MY XMAX OONT AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN BY ITSELF?
When you are using the device normally, it will not suddenly shut down by itself.
The device will automatically shut down after the countdown ends.
