A-, Turn on/off: Press the power button 3 times to turn on/off. Once turned on, the device starts to heat up.
B-, Temperature adjustment: Press the “+” button to increase the temperature while the “-” button decreases the temperature.
C-, Working time switch: Press the power button and “+” button together for 2 seconds to switch the working time to 4mins/6mins /10mins.
D-, Air-flow adjustment: Push the air adjustment button up and down to adjust the smoothness of the airflow.
E-, OLED Screen Flip: Hold the up button and down button at the same time for 2 seconds.

Temperature: Higher temperature results in denser vapor.

Please utilize the supplied USB-C charging cable or any regular USB charger to power up the device, ensuring that the input does not exceed 5V/1A. Alternatively, if you possess a functional 18650 2550mAh battery, you may insert it into the device for operation.
CAN MY XMAX STARRY 4 BE USED WHILE CHARGING?
No, we don't suggest consumers use XMAX STARRY4 or any electronic products while charging.
HOW MUCH TIME FOR 100% CHARGE OF XMAX STARRY 4?
When charging the device for the first time, we recommend charging for more than 6 hours.
Later, if you use a 5V/1A charger, 3 hours is enough to charge the device fully; if a 5V/500ma charger, 4-5 hours will be needed; if a charger exceeding 5V/2A, the device will stop being charged. Because XMAX STARRY4 owns automatic charging protection from chargers exceeding 5V/2A.
HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY LAST?
The battery can be used for at least 12 sessions under the 4mins session and the highest temperature of 240℃/464℉after each full charging.
Besides, the lifetime of the 18650 2550mAh battery is 350 times cycle use and charging. The battery will decline after 350 times of charging use.
HOW MANY MATERIALS SHOULD I PUT INTO THE CHAMBER WHILE VAPING?
The capacity of the oven bowl/heating chamber is about 1.35ml, and the size is L17.9mm*W8.8mm*H11mm. Our suggestion is easy, please don’t load too much or overload the materials when using the device.
HOW MANY SECONDS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY XMAX STARRY 4 TO HEAT UP BEFORE AN EFFECTIVE VAPING?
Usually after 20 seconds of heating up, the temperature is good enough for consumers to start vaping. But everyone has different requirements for temperature. If you want the temperature to reach 240℃/ 464℉, you may need to wait 30 seconds.

As for oil or liquid, sorry they are not allowed to be used in Starry 4.
IS THE FILTER COMPONENT INSIDE THE MOUTHPIECE REMOVABLE?
Yes, the filter components are removable and can be removed with a gentle dig.
WHY DOES MY XMAX STARRY 4 BECOME HOT WHILE USING IT?
It’s normal for the device to get hot, as it is basically a mini oven. The device must be filled in the materials and in constant use while it is on. Otherwise, it will become a bit hot.
If you have to pause while in use or when putting the device down, we recommend turning the device off completely so it’ll stop heating up and producing vapor.
